Ali Green – King’s Arms Project CEO

Ali has led the King’s Arms Project since September 2007, overseeing the all areas of our ministry with the poor and disadvantaged.


Karen Carr - Human Resources / Operations Manager

Karen oversees recruitment, training, and pastoral care for our staff and volunteers, as well as a variety of operational elements of Project life.
If you're interested in getting involved with the Project, she's the woman to talk to!


ZoeJoy Harries – Barton House Hostel Manager

Zoe Joy is responsible for our Barton House hostel. Having previously managed the Nightshelter, she and her team are committed to supporting residents to get back into independent living; to helping people develop new skills and confidence to live sustainable lifestyles in the local community.


Paul Kellett – Nightshelter Manager

Paul leads the Nightshelter team in providing excellent support for rough sleepers and the homeless, in direct access accommodation.
He is involved in the local Multi-agency panel, which links the Nightshelter in with other local services thus providing the best support possible to rough sleepers in Bedford.


Dave Monk – Business and Logistics Officer

Dave works part time supporting the Project with legal, financial and development concerns.  With additional talents of keeping the minibus running, co-ordinating events and installing IT, Dave is never bored!


Majbritt Moulding – Fundraiser

Majbritt works part time as the Project's fundraiser. Coming from Denmark via 15 years in the Middle East she has years of fundraising experience to bring to the table!


Sarah Blakey - Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker

Sarah is our Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker.
If you are aware of any rough sleepers who are not supported by the Project or are not engaging with any support, please let Sarah know.


Simon Dwight - Meaningful Activities Co-ordinator

Simon's role is to facilitate a wide range of courses, taster sessions and opportunities for homeless clients to engage with skills and confidence building.  He also mentors individuals in breaking down the barriers that prevent them from getting back into education or work.


Rob Pearson - Administrator / General Enquiries

Rob is the Project administrator. He is 'the man who can' and keeps the Project running smoothly and efficiently.
He's the first person to call for any general enquiries about the Project.
