Nightshelter Appeal

The Bedford Nightshelter is more than a safe place to sleep and a hot meal. It is a place where lives are changed, hope is restored and the journey out of homelessness begins.

The Nightshelter has been providing support to the people of Bedford for over 25 years and now, with your help, we have a chance to secure its future. We are looking to raise £100,000 in order to purchase and improve the Nightshelter building.

The impact of our project is lives changed: the homeless off the streets, and into employment, thus ending the cycle of homelessness and having a positive effect on the community!

Together we can end homelessness.

We need your help

The services and support we provide represent excellent value for money – for example our Nightshelter and Hostel accommodation provide over 11,000 bed spaces per year at only £65 per space.

Whilst we receive income from contracts and statutory sources there still remains a significant gap in our income which we need to raise from individual givers, grants and donations in order to provide effectively for our clients and resident.
