With the support of the Employment Advisor, the Recovery coach will provide advocacy, weekly wellbeing checks, signposting to KAP services and other community based services that can support positive outcomes. Pathways courses will be designed and facilitated in response to the needs and desires of this population. The Recovery Coach will refer individuals into the Pathways programme according to individual needs and will also be present at courses to encourage involvement in a positive community. Outreach will also be provided for appointments/needs as they arise that impact on wellbeing/recovery.
