At KAP, we believe that there is no such thing as a hopeless case. We refuse to give up on anybody and believe that every homeless person can have a bright future.

KAP has been operating in and around Bedford since 1989, supports between 500-700 people every year and is a charitable company with an annual turnover of around £1.4M, employing over 40 staff. The Director of Services role will be responsible for Leadership, management and oversight of ‘Accommodation’, ‘Opportunity’, ‘Outreach’ and Refugee Support, supporting the successful delivery of service objectives. In addition, as Director of Services you will work with the CEO and Trustees, to define and deliver the organisational strategy and promote the vision, ethos, values and mission of KAP.
