Simon oversees all areas of our work with the poor and disadvantaged people that we serve. His passion is to see those overlooked by society grow to become leaders and contributors in their community.
Chris oversees our client services, he is passionate about working with the disadvantaged and displaced and to see vision and hope restored in people’s lives. He is the Chair of Bedford Homeless Partnership, an inter-agency group seeking to end homelessness in Bedford. Chris is also the East of England Regional Coordinator for Reset: Communities and Refugees promoting Community Sponsorship.
Matt is responsible for oversite of the HR function, incorporating Learning & Development, Finance, Payroll and office administration. Being Bedford born and bred, he joined the staff team to be part of something that is changing lives in Bedford for the better.
Emma oversees the Outreach side of Project which includes our Rough Sleeper work and Nightshelter. She enjoys being part of a team who find practical solutions to reduce homelessness and loves seeing people know community and purpose.
Sarah facilitates the wide range of courses and opportunities we offer for our clients. She also mentors individuals to break down barriers that prevent them from getting back into employment.
Majbritt oversees the Fundraising Department; implementing a multi-level advancement plan including Trust Funding, Corporate Support, Major Donors, Special Events and Direct Mail. For seven years Majbritt has overseen a significant and ongoing increase in funding for King’s Arms Project, which has resulted in greatly expanded services to the vulnerable in Bedford.
