Kirstie worked as a volunteer for Kings Arms Project before embarking on a 15 year career in criminal justice. She then served on the leadership team of the Kings Arms Church 3 years before joining the project as CEO in July 2020. Kirstie has a passion to speak out for the marginalised and vulnerable in our society and is driven by the belief that everyone has value and the right to be treated with dignity.
Sarah facilitates the wide range of courses and opportunities we offer for our clients. She also mentors individuals to break down barriers that prevent them from getting back into employment.
Matt is responsible for oversight of the Operations functions across project. With over 20 years of experience in management and leadership within the Public, Private and Charity sector Matt joined the staff team to be part of something that is changing lives in Bedford for the better.
Majbritt oversees the Fundraising Department; implementing a multi-level advancement plan including Trust Funding, Corporate Support, Major Donors, Special Events and Direct Mail. For seven years Majbritt has overseen a significant and ongoing increase in funding for King’s Arms Project, which has resulted in greatly expanded services to the vulnerable in Bedford.
